The development of a Master Plan and Reuse Strategy for Saint Louise Regional Hospital began by identifying the services required to provide healthcare for the local community, as well as those to enhance the competitive edge of the organization in attracting health care patients. In parallel with demographic and regional healthcare analyses, the Reuse Strategy informed an expansion plan of the Gilroy Hospital campus as well as a reuse strategy for the decommissioned Morgan Hill DePaul Center facility. ABA led the team, which included medical planner Jane Drever and medical financing consultant Mike Watt.
